Policies For Our Services at Abraza Skin Studio in Atlanta, GA & Silver Spring, MD.


PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

  • A credit card is required at the time of booking. It will not be charged unless you are a NO SHOW.

  • All NEW clients are required to pay a $50 by a payment link that will be emailed and texted.

  • Any procedure over $300 requires a non-refundable $100 deposit that will apply to the service.

  • After your second cancellation, a non-refundable deposit is required from any client, regardless of membership or established relationship. If that third appointment is canceled, then the deposit is forfeited and won’t apply to the service.

  • We are CASHLESS. DO NOT BRING CASH.

  • NO SHOW applies if you cancel less than 48 hours, do not show up, or more than 20 minutes late. The PENALTY IS $50 AND IS NONREFUNDABLE AND DOES NOT APPLY TO YOUR SERVICE. Full payment is required prior to initiation of treatment. Cash or credit card accepted. Sorry, NO checks accepted.

  • You MUST CANCEL prior to 48 hours of the appointment or NO SHOW PENALTY APPLIES

  • There is NO REFUND on any procedures, gift certificates, or products.

LATE POLICY

  • The appointment may be canceled if you arrive more than 20 minutes late. This is at the provider’s discretion and dependent upon schedule. In this case, your deposit may NOT be refunded.

  • A LATE FEE of $20 is charged for anyone more than 15 minutes late.

  • Appointment can be canceled at 30 minutes late and a NO SHOW penalty of $50 is charged. If we decide to do your treatment, time will be cut to not have the next client delayed.

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour minimum is required or NO SHOW PENALTY APPLIES

  • The treatment and waiting areas are not equipped for children. Sorry, no children are allowed under age 18 at your appointment.

  • NO PETS ALLOWED

  • DUE TO COVID-19 NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED WITH YOU FOR YOUR VISIT. WE WILL ASK THEM TO WAIT OUTSIDE.

  • Failure to disclose any medical conditions that will lead to a last-minute cancellation of your procedure will result in forfeiting your non-refundable $50 deposit. You must disclose any medical condition to the provider prior to scheduling your appointment to ensure you are able to have your procedure at its scheduled time.
