Full payment is required prior to initiation of treatment. Cash or credit card is accepted with a Government-issued photo ID. Sorry, NO checks accepted. We are cashless.
$50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and hold your appointment. This will be applied to the cost of your service. You will receive an invoice by email and if not paid within 24 hours, your appointment will be canceled. You MUST CANCEL prior to 24 hours of the appointment or the deposit will NOT be refunded.
There is NO REFUND on any procedures, gift certificates, or products.
